摘　　要：目的：总结22年来后尿道狭窄切除器（镜）的研制进展和临床应用的创新经验，更好的为患者服务。方法：采用经尿道切除器（镜）切除后尿道狭窄瘢痕组织尿道内成形术的方法治疗后尿道狭窄患者133例。其中尿道内膀胱粘膜移植术76例，包皮皮肤移植术35例，皮肤移植术6例，腹膜移植术1例，单纯经尿道切除术15例。结果：根据术后随访排尿情况和术中术后是否改变手术方式者，将其效果分述如下：在133例中优89例，良23例，差12例，失败9例。手术优良率占84．2％，有效率为93．2％。结论：22年的经验证明，该切除器（镜）具有形式新颖，设计合理，操作简单和独特的创造性。手术痛苦小，出血少，安全性能好。术后排尿通畅，无性功能障碍等优点。有推广价值。Objective to summarize the development of the posterior urethroscope（incision） and the improving experience in the clinic practice for 22 years in order to serve the patients better. Methods by means of urethro plasty to treat posterior urethrenosis with posterior urethroscope to cut the urethrenosis cicarticial tissue and then to do the urethro plasty for 133 cases. In which, The transplantation of blader-mucosa 76 cases, prepucetransplanted 35 cases, the skin transplanted 6 cases, peritoneum transptanted 1 case, urethroplastyhad 15 cases. Results To evaluate the effect of operation According to what happened when visit the patient after operation and if surgical operation method would have been changed in the surgical operating or after operation. In 133 cases, good 89 cases, genera 23 cases, poor 12 cases, failed 9 cases. Comparatively The good rate in surgical operation was 84. 2 %, the cure rate was 93.2%. Conclusons The experience of 22 years had proved, The posterior urethroscope（incision） have advantages such as form novel, design reasonable, operate simple with special creation , And surgical operation pain and sufferings is small, bleeding little, the safe function is good, row urine is lucid after operation, having no the sexual function obstacle ,there is expansion value.
