摘　　要：目的：探讨AO空心螺纹钉治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法：对近5年采用AO空心螺纹钉内固定治疗97例新鲜股骨颈骨折进行分析。男44例，女53例。平均年龄65．2岁，〉60岁50例。Garden分型：Ⅰ、Ⅱ型32例，Ⅲ、Ⅳ型65例。结果：平均随访28个月。Ⅰ、Ⅱ型全部愈合；Ⅲ、Ⅳ型中2例骨不愈合，年龄均〈60岁。股骨头坏死7例，均系Ⅱ期，其中5例〈60岁。结论：AO空心螺纹钉治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折效果良好，只要条件允许，应作为首选术式，要严格掌握人工髋关节置换术在新鲜股骨颈骨折治疗中的适应证。Purpose：the study AO hollow thread nail a treatment a fresh a bone neck the clinical effect of the bone fracture. ALL of the Ⅰ, Ⅱ type heal; Ⅲ , Ⅳ type 2 hone doesn＇t heal, age all〈60 years old. The bone is bad the dead be 7, all fasten Ⅱ period, 5 among those examples 〈60 years old. Conclusion： the AO hollow thread nail a treatment fresh bone neck bone fracture effect be good,only the condition grant, Should Be that the head choose type, strict control the artificial Kuan joint displacement the bone neck bone fracture under medical treatment at the fresh of orientation certificate.
