摘　　要：21世纪是一个经济、科技和文化迅猛发展的时代，是一个激烈竞争的时代，也是生命科学的时代。因此，与生命、健康和疾病息息相关的医药行业，是我国和世界各大经济领域持续发展最快的门类之一，被誉为“新世纪的朝阳产业”，加入WTO之后，国家更重视医药行业，对药学专业人才的需求更加急迫。目前随着医药事业的迅速发展和我国医药经济体制的改革，对药学人才的培养的层次和质量提出了新的要求：需要大量的研究型人才和实用的服务型人才。“人病得药而愈，人才得学而成”，药学专业有着广阔的前景。Be that an economy, science technology and culture be fast fierce development for 21 centuries of fierce competition, is also a life science of ages. Therefore, life, health and the disease vitally related medicine profession, is our country and the world be each big economy the realm keep on development one of quickest doors, drive fame for＂new century of dynasty sun industry＂, after joining WTO, nation more value medicine profession the talented person＇s need be getting more urgent. Currently along with the quick development of medicine business and our country medicine reform, to pharmacy talented person of development of layer and quality put forward new request：The demand is a great deal of research type talented person and practical service type talented person. ＂The disease person medicine but more, talented person get learn but become＂, pharmacy profession have vast of foreground.
