摘　　要：目的:总结运用生物蛋白胶制剂封堵腹腔镜胆总管探查即时缝合术毕胆漏的经验。方法:对491例腹腔镜胆总管探查即时缝合术毕37例胆汁渗漏的胆管切口,采用生物蛋白胶或纤维蛋白封闭剂进行封堵。结果:封堵成功34例,术后无胆漏。封堵有效3例,术后胆漏量少且持续时间短。无过敏反应。结论:生物蛋白胶制剂封堵腹腔镜胆总管探查即时缝合术毕胆漏安全、有效、简便。Objective： To summarize the experience on the management of bile leakage following instantaneous closure of laparoscopie bile duct exploration （LBDE） means of biological protein gel. Methods： Thirty- seven bile leakage cases of the management of 37 cases out of 491 instantaneous closure of LBDE having bile leakage by means of biological protein gel were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Thirty- four patients having bile leakage were cured, Three cases had bile leakage cured by drainage. No allergy to the protein gel was observed. Conclusion： The management for bile leakage following instantaneous primary closure of LBDE by means of biological protein gel is security, feasible, and simple.
