摘  要:目的:进一步探讨细胞凋亡在腹主动脉瘤形成发展中的作用。方法:采用豚鼠-大鼠异种移植腹主动脉瘤模型,利用免疫组化和原位DNA末端标记技术,对细胞凋亡及其相关蛋白进行定性定位;进一步利用计算机图像分析技术动态观测术后1、2、3、4周阳性颗粒的相对面积,以及与移植动脉直径的关系。结果:与对照组相比,术后4周内,移植腹主动脉直径逐步扩张,细胞凋亡也逐渐增加,尤其在术后2~3周,与腹主动脉直径呈现明显正相关。结论:细胞凋亡贯穿于腹主动脉扩张性损伤重构的全过程,促进腹主动脉瘤形成以致破裂。Objective: To explore the effect of cell apoptosis on abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) formation and development. Methods: Guinea pig - SD rat abdominal aorta xenografts were used as experimental model. Immunohistochemistry and in situ end- labeling of DNA fragments (TUNAL) determined the property and location of cell apoptosis and apoptosis markers, whose areas were calculated by using of computer- assisted image analysis at 1, 2, 3, 4 week after transplantation. The correlation between cell apoptosis and graft diameter was also compared. Results: In comparison to the controls, the magnitude of graft dilation and cell apoptosis, during postoperative 1 - 2 weeks, were slight, but marked in the later 2 weeks, and there were remarkably relativity between both of them. Conclusion: Cell apoptosis is connected with abdominal aortic structure damage and remodeling, which contributes to AAA formation and rupture.
