摘 要:我们选用玉米雄性不育基因ms10做为试验材料,由于它是一个有利用潜力的材料。我们首先对其发育不同时期的花药进行了超微结构研究,结果发现不育株和可育株存在着明显的差异。当四分体分开后,不育株的小孢子不能继续发育,也不能分泌出花粉壁物质,而产生一种特殊的丝状结构,在绒毡层细胞内表面(朝药腔的表面)也不产生乌氏体,而是产生同小孢子表面相似的丝状结构。从此小孢子停止发育,细胞内所含物质迅速被降解。We selected genic male sterile ms10 of maize(Zea mays L.)as the material for this study,because it is a material of potential use.First we had studied on ultrastructure of stages of development anthers by transmission electron microscopy.Studied results indicated that ultrastructure of male sterility was evident different from male fertility.Microspores of male sterility could not continue for their development and formation of pollen wall,after tetrad separated.Faces of male sterile microspores had produced densely special filiform structure.Inside faces of tapetal cells did not produced “U” body,but they had produced many filiform structure like that of microspores faces.From this time on,microspores development stoped,all matters involved in cells were degradated and caused sterility of microspores.This filiform structure was not reported in litreatuers.
