基于市场产权角度的国家经济安全分析

摘　　要：国家经济安全是国家安全的重要组成部分。目前,学术界对此已做了大量的研究,并取得了一些重要成果,但概括起来,主要集中于能源、产业、金融、人才和科技等方面,没有人或很少有人从市场产权这一新视角来分析和探讨国家经济安全问题。实际上,市场产权制度是维护国家经济安全的重要手段。文章通过对市场产权理论的研究,分析了我国市场产权制度现状及其对国家经济安全的影响,指出了健全市场产权制度是维护国家经济安全战略的主要对策。The state economy security is the important respect of the national security. At present, more researches about it have been done in the academic circles, and has got some important results, but summarizes mainly concentrating on energy, industry, finance, talented person and science and technology. None or few people discuss the state economy security from the new angle of market property right. In fact, the market property right is the important method of maintaining the state economy security. By researching the market property right in the article, analyzes its present situation in China , influences on the state economy security, points out the perfect market property right system is the main countermeasures of maintaining the state economy security strategy.
