益气活血复方对多发性梗死性痴呆大鼠大脑皮层神经递质的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血复方对多发性梗死性痴呆大鼠大脑皮层神经递质的影响。方法:取同种大鼠无菌自然干燥血凝块研碎,于颈外动脉处逆行插管注入栓子制作多发性梗死性痴呆动物模型。术后第2天起连续灌服益气活血复方药物,7 d后断头取脑,分离大脑皮层组织,采用高效液相色谱法测定脑内单胺类递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-TH)含量。结果:益气活血复方治疗各组(生药18 g/kg、生药36 g/kg)脑组织中的NE、E、DA含量均较模型组明显增高。结论:益气活血复方具有调整和改善中枢单胺类神经递质代谢,进而改善血管性痴呆智力状况的作用。Objective： To observe the influence of Yi Qi Huo Xue complex on neurotransmitter of cerebral cortex in dementia rats of multiple infarction. Methods： The model of multi-infarction dementia was made by means of retrograde catheterization infusing embolus, which was made of airdry sterilized blood clot of homogenic rats,to arteriae carotis externa. Yi Qi Huo Xue complex was drenched continuously at day 2 on, and at day 7 decapitation and brain taken was done, cerebral cortex was dissociated. The content of Monoamine transmitter, including noradrenaline （NE）, epinephrine （E）, dopamine（DA） and 5- HT, were tested by high efficiency liquid chromatography. Results： The contents of NE, E and DA were higher in groups （crude drug 18 g/kg, 36 g/kg） of Yi Qi Huo Xue complex than that of in control. Conclusion. Yi Qi Huo Xue complex could regulate and improve metabolism of centre monoamine neurotransmitter, and then improve the mentality of vascular dementia.
