比浊法测定复方地喹氯胺含片中短杆菌素的效价

摘　　要：目的：建立比浊法测定复方地喹氯胺含片中短杆菌素的效价的方法。方珐：粪链球菌为实验菌，新鲜的抗Ⅲ培养基（pH7．0～7．2）作为实验培养基，0．6％（v／v）的加菌量，测定时间为培养3～4h，培养温应为37℃。结果：短杆菌hk（Gramicidin）线性浓度为0．02～0．06U／mL，短杆菌素（Tyrothricin）线性浓度为0．1～0．3U／mL，标准曲线法的平均回收率为101．7％（n=15，RSD=3．4％）。结论：本方法灵敏、快速，可作为测定复方地喹氯胺含片中短杆菌素的效价的方法。Objective; To establish a turbidimetric method for the determination of tyrothricin buccal tablets of compound dequalinum chloride. Methods： Streptococus faecalis was used as test organism, fresh medium Ⅲ（pH 7.0-7.2） as culture medium, inoculating with the adjusted stock suspension of streptococus faecalis at a 0. 6M（v/v） ratio, incubating maintained at 37 ℃ for 3 to 4 hours. Results： The linear range of gramicidin was 0.02-0.06 U/mL, The linear range of tyrothricin was 0. 1N0. 3 U/ml, The average recovery rate of the standard curve assay was 101.7M（n=15,RSD=3.4M）. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, fast and feasible for the determination of tyrothricin in buccal Tablets of compound dequalinum chloride.
