先兆流产的不同治疗方法效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同方法治疗先兆流产的疗效。方法:采用口服多力玛(服药组)和肌内注射绒毛膜促性腺激素+黄体酮(肌注组)治疗先兆流产200例并对比观察其疗效。结果:服药组有效率为92%,肌注组为91%,两组间无显著性差异。结论:口服多力玛与肌内注射黄体酮加绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗先兆流产均有良好疗效。但口服治疗较方便可行,而且患者能得到较好的休息,避免肌内注射引起的疼痛,所以多力玛治疗更具有可行性。Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of different treatments in threatened abortion. Methords. Two hundred threatened abortion patients were divided into per os group and intramuscular injection group. The patients in per os group were treated with Turinal and the patients in intramuscular injection group were treated with provera and Human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG）. The effectiveness of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The effective rate in per os group was 92% and that in intramuscular injection group was 91%. There was no notable difference between the two groups. Conclusion. It has good effect that threatened abortion was treated with Turinal per os or Provera and HCG intramuscular injection. But it is easy and convenient for the patients to take treatment in per os in the periods of treatment, They can avoid going to hospital every day, avoid the ache of intramuscular injection, Only stay at home to have a good rest. So it has more feasibility to take treatment in Turinal per OS.
