摘  要:在一座循环流化床燃烧试验装置上进行了稻壳的燃烧试验。通过热重分析得到稻壳的着火特性。试验发现:稻壳在流化床燃烧中,飞灰含碳量较高,燃烧效率低于预期值。试验得到了二次风率、空气过剩系数、床温和一次风量等对飞灰含碳量的影响规律。结果表明,在空气过剩系数保持不变的条件下,随着二次风率的增加,飞灰含碳量呈下降趋势;随着空气过剩系数的增加,飞灰含碳量先减小后增大,存在一最佳值,使得飞灰含碳量最小;随着床温的增加,飞灰含碳量逐渐减小;随着一次风量的增加,飞灰含碳量呈上升趋势。The tests of combustion of rice husk were conducted in a circulating fluidized bed test facility. The ignition characteristic of husk was obtained by TG. The experimental results show that boiler efficiency is lower than the expected value, and there is a problem that carbon content in fly ash was high during combustion of rice husk in the circulating fluidized bed. The effects of several parameters, such as secondary air ratio, excess air coefficient, bed temperature and primary air quantity on carbon content in fly ash were verified. The results show that with the increase of secondary air ratio, carbon content in fly ash reduces, when the excess air coefficient remains unchanged. When excess air coefficient increases, carbon content in fly ash declines first and then increases forming an optimum value corresponding to the lowest carbon content in fly ash. With the increase of bed temperature, carbon content in fly ash decreases. When primary air quantity increases, carbon content in fly ash increases.
