芹菜素对雌性大鼠性周期的影响

摘　　要：目的探索芹菜素对正常雌性大鼠性周期的影响。方法选取16只性周期规律(4日为一个性周期)的S-D雌性大鼠,随即分为两组,芹菜素灌胃组(实验组)和三蒸水灌胃组(对照组),每组8只,于间情Ⅱ期给实验组大鼠用芹菜素(10mg/100g体重)一次性灌胃,对照组大鼠给三蒸水(2m l/只)灌胃,然后每日早晚两次做阴道涂片,连续一个月观测阴道上皮细胞的周期性变化。结果实验组大鼠的性周期缩短,其中情前期和间情Ⅱ期缩短最显著,而情期延长。结论芹菜素能够明显干扰雌性大鼠的生殖内分泌,缩短其性周期。Objective To explore the effect of apigenin on the estrous cycle in normal adult female S - D mice. Methods 16 adult female S - D miee with regular estrous cycles 4 days of were used in the experiment. Apigenin was fed by garage to 8 mice in experimental group at doses of 10mg/100g. b. w in metestrus, and repurified water （2mL/mouse） were fed to 8 control rats. Two vaginal smears twice a day （8am, 5pro） during on month, periodic variation of vagina e pilhelial cell were observed for a whold month. Results After the garage, the estrous cycle of mice in the experimental group got shortened as compared with control group, especially in the preoestrus period and metestrus period, but the estrus period were prolonged. Conclusions Apigenin exerts reproduction disruption effects on female mice and makes its estrous cycle shorter.
