摘　　要：目的研究c-jun氨基末端激酶(JNK)对胃癌细胞的促凋亡作用。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测62位患者的胃癌手术石蜡标本中JNK的亚组(jnk1,jnk2)及其下游表达产物c-jun的表达,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果高分化胃癌中的jnk1,jnk2及c-jun含量显著高于低分化的胃癌组织并且与淋巴结转移密切相关,三者均与年龄、性别、肿块大小及PTNM分期无关。结论JNK促进胃癌细胞的凋亡,抑制胃癌细胞的淋巴结转移。Objective This paper is to observe the expression of JNK in human gastric tissue and its role in promoting the apoposis of gastric cancer ceils. Methods The expression of JNK in human gastric tissue was examined by immunohistochemistry of 62 gastric cancer specimen in paraffin to observe the expression of jnkl, jnk2 and c - jun and to analyze the consequence. Results Jnkl, jnk2 and c - jun have the negative relationship with pathoclass. The contents of them in well - differentiated gastric tissue were significant higher than in poorly -differentiated tissues and they had the relationship with nodus lymphaticus diversion, but they had no relationship with ages, gender, size of tumeur and PTNM. Conclusions JNK promotes the apoposis of the gastric cancer and prevent the nodus lymphaticus diversion.
