犬颅脑枪弹伤后心肌细胞凋亡的实验研究

摘　　要：【目的】研究犬脑枪弹伤后心肌细胞凋亡机制。【方法】建立犬颅脑枪弹伤模型,制备心肌组织切片。采用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的生物素脱氧尿嘧啶核苷酸缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测心肌细胞凋亡的表达。【结果】对照组未见心肌细胞凋亡,枪弹伤后3h凋亡心肌细胞明显增多,心室内侧壁不同区域基本一致,内外侧壁凋亡细胞分布不同。【结论】犬脑枪弹伤后可造成心肌细胞损害。[Objective] To study the mechanism of cardiomyocyte apoptosis following craniocerebral gunshot wounds in canines. [Methods] Experimental craniocerebral gunshot wound model of canine was set up. Samples of canine cardiac muscle were taken from different areas and canine cardiomyocyte apoptosis cells were detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferease- mediated biotinylated deoxyuridine triphosphate nick and labeling （TUNEL）. [Results] Cardiomyocyte apoptosis were not detected in the control group. Apoptosis positive expression in cardiomyocyte after craniocerebral gunshot wounds was great increased at 3h. The distribution of the inner apoptic cells side of different areas in the ventricle were the same, but the distribution were different outerside of theventricle. [ Conclusions] The craniocerebral gunshot wounds in canines may lead to the damage of cardiac muscle.
