摘　　要：对GZYQ-YS型高压电动机液态变阻软启动装置的系统构成、工作原理及性能特点进行了分析。通过将水泵机组YK1250-2/999型高压电动机由直接启动改造为液态变阻软启动后的调试和运行,实现了电动机的恒流软启动,并将启动电流由原来的1000A左右降低到350A,改善了水泵机组电机的启动性能,减少了对电网的电压扰动,有效控制了连续启动性能的稳定性。The paper presents the system construction, the analysis of the work principle and the performance of GZYQ-YS high voltage motor for fluid resistance soft starter. Changing direct starting to fluid resistance starting for YK1250-2/999 high voltage motor and the summarizing its operation, we realized constant current starting thus its starting current was reduced from 1000 A to 350 A. As a result, the motor starting performance was improved so as to decrease pulsation in network and the stability of continuous starting was controlled effectively.
