景观疗养在高血压病治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨景观疗养治疗对高血压病的疗效。方法将268例高血压病患者随机分成景观疗养组148例和单纯疗养组120例,景观疗养组患者在单纯疗养的基础上增加参观自然景观、人文景观。对比分析1个月后两组患者的血压下降情况,景观疗养对不同级别血压的影响,以及两组患者血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率情况。结果两组患者的收缩压均较治疗前有显著性下降(P<0.01);与单纯疗养组相比,景观疗养组的血压下降更明显[SBP(137.4±11.2)mmHg比(145.5±10.8)mmHg;DBP(84.6±8.1)mmHg比(90.2±6.5)mmHg,P均<0.01]。景观疗养对1级、2级、3级高血压病的有效率分别为94.59%、85.18%和60%。结论景观疗养能提高高血压病的血压控制率。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the landscape convalescence therapy on hypertension. Methods 268 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups： the landscape convalescence therapy group with 148 patients and the control group with 120 patients （convalescence only）. Apart from the usual ordinary convalescence, natural and human landscape sightseeing were included in the therapy for the patients of the former group. Then the blood pressures of the two groups after one month were compared. The effectiveness of the landscape convalescence therapy on different grades of hypertension as well as the rates of knowing, curing and control of blood pressure of the patients of both groups were studied. Results It was found that the systolic blood pressure （SBP） ofboth groups dropped significantly （P〈0.01） than before the treatment, and compared with the control group, the drop among the landscape convalescence therapy group was even more obvious （137.4±11.2mmHg vs. 145.5± 10. 8mmHg for SBP, P〈0.01 ; 84.6 ± 8. lmmHg vs. 90.2± 6.5mmHg for DBP, P〈0.01）. The effectiveness of the landscape convalescence therapy for patients with hypertension Grade 1, 2 and 3 averaged 94.59%, 85.18% and 60% respectively. Conclusion It can be concluded that the landscape convalescence therapy contributes considerably to the effective control of hypertension.
