栲胶法回收黑药生产中释放的高浓度硫化氢试验

摘　　要：在自行组装的脱硫再生实验装置上，采用模拟的工业气体研究了栲胶溶液处理黑药生产中释放的高浓度硫化氢气体以回收硫磺的工艺条件。结果表明，适宜的工艺条件为：栲胶溶液pH11．0～11．5，栲胶浓度为1．2g／L，偏钒酸钠浓度为0．9g／L，吸收温度35～40℃。在适当的条件下.用栲胶溶液处理高浓度硫化氢气体，脱硫率高，可生产纯度〉99．32％的硫磺。The research is made with simulated industrial gas in self-made desulfurization and regenerating device aim to confirm the process condition recovering sulfur from high concentration hydrogen sulfide released in aerofloat production with tanning extract solution. The result shows adopting this process can obtain high desulphurization rate and sulfur product with purity of more than 99.32 % under the suitable process conditions, tanning extract solution pH 11.0 - 11.5, tanning extract concentration 1.2 g/L, sodium metavanadate concentration 0.9 g/L, absorption temperature 35-40 ℃.
