摘  要:柔性机构结构构型问题是研究柔性机构结构设计的基础,提出了一种伪杆组法的柔性机构结构设计方法,该方法认为柔性构件、柔性运动副和柔性杆组是柔性机构结构构成基本元素,柔性机构是由这些基本元素依次连接而成,分析了柔性构件及其自由度、柔性运动副及其自由度,并给出了基于该方法的柔性机构构成示例,最后对柔性夹钳机构进行了基于该方法的构成说明。The issue of structural configuration in flexible mechanism is the base of research for structure design of flexible mechanism. A kind of structural designing methodology for the flexible mechanism using pseudo-bar-group method was put forward. This method considered the flexible components, the flexible kinetic pairs and the flexible bar group as the basic elements that composed the structure of flexible mechanism and the flexible mechanism is formed by successive linking of these basic elements. The flexible components and its degree of freedom, the flexible kinetic pairs and its degree of freedom have been analyzed. Finally, an explanation was made on the constitution of a flexible clamping mechanism by utilizing the researched designing methodology.
