摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查和专家访谈的形式,从教练员的角度和思维出发,调查我国优秀游泳运动员的选材特点、常用指标、存在问题等,提出优秀运动员选材原则和选材模式,为我国专业游泳的选材提供参考。With the methods of documentary data, questionnaire and expert interview, this paper investigates the characteristics of selecting elite swimmers, usual data and existing problems from the angle and the thinking of swimming coaches. Meanwhile, the author puts forward the principles and mode of selecting elite swimmers so as to provide references for selecting elite swimmers in our country.
