摘　　要：在生产型企业中实施零库存能有效降低生产企业成本,提高产品质量、顾客满意度和产品核心竞争力。本文通过对我国实施"零库存"管理中出现的问题分析,提出了企业内部"零库存"管理成功实施的几个必备条件,并对生产企业内部"零库存"实施进行了进一步的探讨。The zero-inventory policy can help decreasing cost ofmanufactruing enterprise, enhancing commodity quality, customer satisfaction degree （CSD） and core competence of comodity. This article analysis the problem in adopting zero-inventory policy in chinese enterprise, points out the essential conditions in order to implementate zero-inventory management successfully and discuss the adoption of zero-inventory further in manufactruing enterprise.
