磁处理改善水泥浆流动性的机理研究

摘  要:介绍了磁处理水泥浆在各油田现场应用情况。利用吸附法和ζ电位法,对加入外加剂的常规水泥浆和磁处理水泥浆,进行对比试验。磁处理改变了水泥颗粒的界面性质和胶体的电动特性,拆散了水泥浆体的网状结构,水泥浆的分散性和稳定性提高,粘度和切力降低,流动性变好,利于提高固井顶替效率。The application of cement slurry treated by magnetic in the fields are introduced. The ordinary cement slurry added the cement additive and the cement slurry treated by magnetic are compared by adsorption method and zeta electrometic method. Tests indicate that the boundary character of cement particle and electric characteristic are changed , netted texture of cement is destroyed, the character of dispersion and stability are improved after magnetric treatment. The flowability and the cementing displacement efficiency are improved.
