重负荷车辆齿轮油GL-5的应用研究

摘　　要：以大连石油化工公司生产的石蜡基基础油调入国产添加剂研制生产的GL－5车辆齿轮油，符合MIL－L－2105D和GB13895规格，但大规模推广应用仍有困难。为此开展了国产GL－5车辆齿轮油的应用研究，考察油品的实际使用性能，研究极压抗磨剂的质量衰变规律，提出合理换油周期，为用户订购、选型、使用该档油提供了技术依据。Gear oil GL－5 is produced by Dalian Petro－Chemical Co． with paraffinic base oil and domestic additives． It meets the specifications of MIL－L－2105Dand GB13895， and is expected to spread the use． Investigation On GL－5 gear oil， including Observation of the use performance and study of the attenuation pattern of the extreme pressure anti－wear additives were carried out． Suggestions are made on drain interval and the technical specification for ordering．
