摘  要:目的:对氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定铅的酸度介质条件进行分析和研究,选择出最适宜的盐酸介质条件。方法:通过在不同的盐酸介质条件下对铅的标样进行测定。结果:酸度对铅测定的荧光强度有非常大的影响,在合适的酸度范围下进行铅的测定,能获得较高的灵敏度和精密度。结论:以2.0%盐酸作载流,在1.6%~2.5%的较宽的盐酸浓度范围内,测定铅能提高荧光强度,且获得5%以内的相对标准偏差。Objective:The optimal acidity condition on determination of lead by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was given by studying the different acidity condition of hydrochloric acid. Methods:Test sample of lead in different acidity condition of hydrochloric acid. Results: It was found that the acidity has great impact to the fluorescence intensity on determina- tion of lead. Within the appropriate acidity scope it comes with a higher accuracy and sensitivity result. Conclusion:Within the wider hydrochloric acid concentration scope of 1. 6% to 2. 5% , the fluorescence intensity on determination of lead by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry can be raised and acquire 5% of opposite and standard deviation with carrier of 2. 0% hydrochloric acid.
