一株真养产碱杆菌增菌条件的研究

摘　　要：真养产碱杆菌能生产可降解性塑料聚-β-羟基丁酸(PHB)。对真养产碱杆菌的增菌培养条件进行了研究。通过正交实验得到最佳碳源组合配方,配方是:肉汤培养基基础上添加0.5%丁酸、0.5%酒精和4.0%甘露醇。48h培养结束后,细胞干重达3.891g/L。Biodgradable poly -β-hydroxybytyrate plastics could be produced by Alcaligenes eutrophs. Culture conditions of A. eutrophus were studied. By orthogonal experiment, the best carbon sources like butyric acid, alcohol and mannitol were 0. 5% ,0. 5% and 4. 0% ,respectively. After 48 hours culture,the weights of dry cell could reach 3. 891g/L
