摘　　要：1999年实施黄河水量统一调度以来,在优化水资源配置、改善生态环境、确保沿黄地区及相关地区供水安全等方面发挥了重要作用。初步分析表明:截至2004年,每年增加河道内生态用水量7.01亿m3,流域内累计增加GDP 1 470亿元。Since the integrated water regulation carried out in the Yellow River in 1999,it has brought the aspects of optimizing water resources allocation, improving ecological environment and ensuring the security of water supply of the region along the Yellow River and correlated regions into important play.The preliminary analysis shows that as of 2004,the annual consumption for ecology of the channel increases by 701 million m3,the accumulated GDP of the basin would be increased 147 billion Yuan.
