南水北调中线工程穿黄方案研究

摘　　要：对南水北调中线工程穿黄方案中有关黄河河势、路线选择、结构型式、施工技术、地质地震、安全维护、环境景观等关键技术进行了研究。选取主要影响因素,采用多目标优序值决策法的赋权优序值计算方法,对穿黄线路、过河建筑物型式进行了分析,认为穿黄线路应采用李村线方案,过河建筑物应采用隧洞方案。The paper studies the key techniques of the Yellow River regime,route selection,type of structure,construction technique,geology,earthquake,security maintenance,environment and landscape of crossing the Yellow River plan of the Middle Route of South North Water Transfer Project.It analyzes the line of crossing the Yellow River and type of overpass structure by selecting key affecting factors and using the method of optimum ordinal value of multi-purpose decision making.It considers that it should adopt Licun Plan for Crossing the Yellow River Project and a tunnel plan for overpass structure.
