摘　　要：本文从对资源型区域衰退的原因分析入手,提出资源型区域的转变在于摆脱路径依赖,实现从路径依赖到路径创造的跨越。考虑到资源型区域陷入锁定的几个影响因素,本文提出从结构、功能、文化和认知四个方面进行创新,同时也提出在实现区域发展路径创新上政府职能的转变。Grounded on the analysis over the causes of decline of resource -oriented region, this paper suggests that the successful transformation of resource - oriented regions lies in the achievement from path dependence to path creation. Considering the factors which have influence on the forming of lock - in, it is initiated in this paper to pursue innovation from the four aspects： structure, function, culture and cognition. And the transformation of governmental roles is also involved in stimulating the regional development path innovation.
