摘　　要：本文结合作者烟草近红外分析研究的经验,对校正集样品的代表性、样品水分、样品粒径、装样条件和光谱采集参数等影响近红外光谱分析结果准确性的因素作综述介绍,以期为同行工作者提供参考。With experiences of the author in the tobacco near-infrared spectroscopy, factors affecting the accuracy of near-infrared spectroscopy are summarized and introduced in this paper, including the representation of the calibrating samples, sample water content, sample granularity, sample loading condition,spectral colleting parameters and so on,which provides some instructions to NIR operators in the areas.
