摘  要:用50g/L的氢氧化钠溶液溶解镀铝锌钢板镀层,以盐酸溶液(1+4)进行酸化,采用ICP?AES法测定两种镀铝锌钢板镀层中的铝含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.3%和1.4%(n=11),回收率为94.8%~98.5%。对两种镀铝锌钢板金属中铝含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评定,分别为0.10%(铝含量为4.82%)、0.9%(铝含量为54.3%)。A method was described for determination of A1 in two kinds of A1-Zn coated steel. Sample was decomposed with NaOH solution (50 g/L) , the solution was acidated by HCI (1 +4) and determined by ICP -AES. The relative standard deviations of two kinds of samples were 2.3% and 1.4% respectively(n = 11 ) , and the recoveries were 94.8% - 98.5%. The uncertainty of A1 content were 0.10% ( A1 content was 4.82% ) and 0.9% ( AI content was 54.3% ).
