摘 要:采用阳极溶出伏安法用玻碳电极同位镀铋膜测定血样中的锌。实验结果表明,在0.20mol/L的支持电解质KSCN(pH=2.80)中于-1.00V下搅拌富集2min后,进行阳极极化扫描,可获一灵敏的阳极溶出峰,利用该方法测定锌的检出限为1.0×10-11mol/L,线性范围为5~25μmol/L。锌标准溶液测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.14%(n=11),加标回收率为95.6%~104.8%。Bismuth film glassy carbon electrode was used for zinc content detection of blood sample by anodic stripping volta- mmetry. Experimental results showed that the sensitive stripping peaks of zinc (Ⅱ) were obtained in the supporting electrolyte containing O. 2 mol/L potassium thiocyanate at pH=2.80, when the accumulation potential was 1.00 V with 2 min deposition. The detection limit of Zn^2+ was 1.0 x 10^-11 mol/L. The peak current was linear with the concentration in the range of 5 - 25 μmol/L for Zn^2+ , and the relative standard deviation was 3.14%. The method was applied to determine zinc in blood sample, and the recoveries were 95.6% -104.8%
