摘　　要：通过文献资料法和理论分析法,分析THG(tetrahydrogestrinone)逃脱药检的原因,探讨反运动兴奋剂措施的完善。认为在反运动兴奋剂的措施中,应加强关键性检测步骤的保密,引进更准确的基于受体结合原理的生物芯片检测技术,进一步提高初筛同化激素类药物的灵敏度;应该把那些在试验中证明具有雄性激素作用、促进合成代谢作用的没有投放市场的类固醇药物列入世界反兴奋剂条例禁用物质清单。Objective： Search for the reasons of THG escaping from doping control tests, lind measures for anti-doping. Methods： literature review and theoretical analysis. Conclusion： Measures for sports doping control like keep secret the critical detecting steps, introduce new chips based on the pharmacological theory of receptor-ligand binding, increase sensibility of preliminary screening anabolic steroid medicine should be introduced. The steroid improved to have anabolic/androgenic activity and never commercially marketed should be named on the list of compounds banned＊
