摘  要:济钢第三炼钢厂利用中薄板连铸机生产低碳低硅钢的初期,主要存在钢水成分控制和可浇性的问题。阐明了为解决此问题所采取的技术措施和收到的效果。这些经验对类似企业的生产有借鉴作用。The main problems of low carbon low silicon steel during the early time in the medium-thin slab caster in the No. 3 steelmaking plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. were introduced, such as the composition control and castability of the melting steel. Countermeasures and its result also were discussed in detail, which is very important for the similar steelmaking plants.
