猪脾脏转移因子的制备及其活性的检测

摘　　要：采用冻融–透析法提取了猪脾脏转移因子(TF),并对其生物活性进行了检测。结果表明,TF可增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,增加E玫瑰花环的形成率,表明TF具有免疫增强作用,可为生产和临床应用提供依据。Transfer factor was extracted by freeze-thaw-dialysis from porcine spleen. The activity of transfer factor extracted was analyzed by the mouse peritoneal macrophages phagocytize trial and E-rosette test. The results showed that TF could enhance the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages and increase the E-rosette formation. It was showed that TF had immune-enhancing effect, it would be able to provide the basis for produce and clinical application.
