摘 要:在氯化物-硫酸盐混合体系中,在铁基上进行滚镀Fe-Ni-Cr合金实验,结果表明:滚镀所得的Fe-Ni-Cr合金镀层铬的含量只有2%左右,难以提高,且镀层表面质量不佳,常出现滚桶眼子印现象。通过对影响滚镀Fe-Ni-Cr合金镀层质量和镀层成分的因素进行分析,认为局部电流密度过大是影响滚镀Fe-Ni-Cr合金镀层质量的主要因素;铬盐浓度、pH值、温度以及Cu2+、Fe3+杂质离子是影响镀层成分的主要因素。并对Fe-Ni-Cr合金的应用前景和目前存在的问题进行了阐述。Fe-Ni-Cr alloy electrodepositing experiment on iron substrate in chlorid-sulfate solution by barrel plating was performed. The Fe-Ni-Cr alloy quality was bad and the content of Cr was only about 2% by barrel plating. The phenomenon of barrel roll eye stamp often appeared. Factors affecting the quality and composition of barrel plated Fe-Ni-Cr alloy were analyzed. The factor affecting the quality of barrel-plated Fe-Ni-Cr alloy was that the local cathodic current density was too powerful. The main factors affecting the composition of barrel-plated Fe-Ni-Cr alloy were the concentration of chromium salt in the bath, pH, temperature and impurity ions of Cu^2+ and Fe^3+. The problems of Fe-Ni-Cr alloy plating at present and its application prospect are presented.
