摘  要:建立了导线覆冰厚度和导线弧垂变化的力学模型,设计了力传感器的安装结构,研发了基于全球移动通信系统(GSM)短信业务(SMS)的输电线路覆冰在线监测系统。系统运行结果表明:现场分机可定时或实时监测覆冰导线的重力变化、绝缘子串倾斜角、风偏角、导线舞动频率以及风速等环境信息,并通过GSMSMS发送至监测中心,由专家软件来分析覆冰状况,及时给出除冰信息,保障覆冰区线路的运行安全。The mechanical model of icing and radian variation of conductors is built, the installing construction of force sensor is designed, and the on-line monitoring system of transmission line conductor icing is developed based on GSM SMS. The results of field operation show that the on-line monitoring unit placed on every transmission line tower can timely measure the gravity of iced conductors, the deflection angel of insulators, the deviation angel of insulators for wind, gallop frequency of conductors, the wind velocity and etc. It can send the gathered information to the municipal monitoring and controlling center through SMS. The conductor icing status is also analyzed based on the mechanical model built firstly, the alarming message of clearing conductor icing is sent out in time, and the safe operation of transmission lines is effectively guaranteed.
