摘　　要：维纶醛化液腐蚀是维纶行业的一大技术难题,一直困扰着工厂的正常生产。本文阐述醛化液的基本腐蚀特性、杂质对其腐蚀性的影响和金属材料在醛化液的腐蚀行为,为解决醛化液设备腐蚀提供了必要的实验数据和理论分析。The corrosion of aldehyde condensation solution has been a great difficult technical problem in polyvinyl alcohol fibre production industry, which has been hindering the normal operation of the plant. Here described were the basic corrosion characteristics of the aldehyde condensation solution,the impact of impurities on its corrosiveness and the corrosion behavior of the metal material in the solution. The necessary laboratory data and theoretical analysis were provided to tackle the corrosion problem of aldehyde condensation equipment.
