摘　　要：厨房、卫生间渗漏问题已越来越成为用户关心的问题,也越来越成为建筑界内关注的焦点。文章从渗漏产生的设计和施工原因入手,提出了相应的防治措施。Kitchen and bathroom leakage has become the issue of concern for users and focus of attention in the construction field. This article proposes some measures to prevent leakage from the angle of design and construction.
