摘  要:为了揭示杏树雌蕊发育不良的机理,通过测定杏树6个品种在花芽分化期叶片的Fe、Mn、Zn、Mg、N、K元素含量的动态变化,研究了杏树花芽分化期的一些生理生化变化。杏树花芽分化期叶片中Fe、Mn、Mg、K元素含量品种间差异显著,Zn元素含量在不同日期间差异显著,N元素含量在品种间和日期间差异均不显著。杏树花芽分化的各个时期间以Zn元素含量差异极显著,不同败育率的各品种间以Fe、Mg、Mn、K元素含量差异显著,这几种矿质元素是影响杏树花芽发育质量的因素之一,为揭示杏树雌蕊败育机理提供了理论基础。The study was to reveal the mechanism of pistil dysplasia of apricot.The content dynamic changes of Fe,Mn,Zn,Mg,N and K in leaves of 6 apricot varieties in the flower bud differentiation stage were determined to study some physiological and biochemical changes during the flower bud differentiation stage of apricot tree.In the leaves of apricot during the flower bud differentiation stage,there was significant difference in Fe,Mn, Mg and K contents among different varieties,the difference in Zn content was obvious among different dates and no significant difference in N content either among different varieties or among dates. There was extremely significant difference in Zn content among different flower bud differentiation stages in apricot and sig- nificant difference in Fe, Mg, Mn and K contents among varieties with different abortion rates. These kinds of mineral elements were one of factors affecting growth quality of apricot flower bud. The study supplied theoretical basis to reveal the abortion mechanism of the apricot pistil.
