摘  要:为云锦杜鹃的合理开发和引种栽培提供科学依据。以5年生云锦杜鹃苗木为材料,通过盆栽试验,模拟四种不同程度的土壤水分胁迫:对照(最大田间持水量MFA 75%-80%下同)、轻度胁迫(MFA 60%-65%)、中度胁迫(MFA 45%-50%)、重度胁迫(MFA 30%-35%),研究土壤水分胁迫对云锦杜鹃的气孔导度和蒸腾速率的影响。在轻度、中度、重度胁迫下,蒸腾速率和气孔导度与对照相比分别降低了21%和33%、65%和44%、67%和82%,气孔导度的下降幅度比蒸腾速率大,云锦杜鹃蒸腾速率日变化曲线为单峰型,而气孔导度日变化曲线为双峰型。经逐步多元回归得到了不同水分处理下蒸腾速率日变化与生态因子的回归方程。蒸腾速率与气孔导度、土壤含水量和叶片相对含水量关系密切。The study aims to provide the scientific basis for the reasonable development and the introduction cultivation of Rhododendron fortunei. In potted experiment with 5 years old R, fortunei nursery stock as materials, 4 kinds of soil moistures stresses with different degrees simulated as follows: CK [maximum field capacity (MFA) 75% -80% ],light stress (MFA 60% -65% ), moderate stress (MFA 45% - 50% ) and severe stress (MFA 30% - 35 % ) was done, so as to study the effect of soil moisture stress on the stomatal conductance (Cs) and the transpiration rate (Tr) of R. fortunei. Under the light, moderate, and severe stress, compared with CK, the Tr and Cs respectively reduced 21% and 33 %, 65% and 44%, 67 % and 82%. The decline scope of stomatal conductance was larger than that of Tr, The Tr daily variation curve of R, fortunei was the single-peak type and the Cs daily variation curve was the double-peak type. The regression equation of the Tr daily variation and the ecological factors under different moisture treatments was obtained through stepwise rntdti-regression analysis, There were close relationships between Tr and Cs, soil water content and leaf relative water content.
