摘  要:用不同剂量^60Co-γ射线辐射松叶牡丹种子,观测辐射对种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:发芽率、根长、芽长与辐射剂量呈正相关,说明在该试验辐射范围内对松叶牡丹种子有刺激生长的作用。60-80Gy有利于松叶牡丹种子的发芽,而在10Gy和90Gy时对种子的生长有促进作用。The Purtulaca grandiflora was irradiated with ^60 Co-γ ray and its germination rate and seeding growth were observed.The results showed that there was the positive relation between the germination rate,the length of roots, the height of seedling and the irradiation dosage.In this experiment the volume control radiation in 10 Gy to 90 Gy can accelerate growth.The volume control radiation in 60 Gy to 80 Gy seeds germination had catalytic role.It promoted the seeds growth in the 10 Gy and 90 Gy.
