摘  要:为了利用高油玉米花粉直感效应及其与普通玉米杂交的杂种优势效应来改善普通玉米籽粒的品质。通过花期观察,筛选出与高油115花期相遇的普通玉米品种郑单958、富农99-8、豫玉22、农大108和9905-1,分析它们与高油115杂交后杂交当代籽粒的含油量、赖氨酸含量和蛋白质含量的变化。与高油115杂交后,普通玉米的平均含油量增加了1.35%,郑单958增加最多,为2.34%;籽粒赖氨酸平均含量提高了0.036%,郑单958提高最多,为0.05%;蛋白质含量也普遍提高。郑单958×高油115是甘肃省遗传效应"三利用"的最佳组合。用高油玉米花粉给普通玉米授粉,能有效提高杂交当代籽粒的含油量、赖氨酸含量和蛋白质含量。The purpose of the study was to utilize the high-oil maize xenia and heterosis effects to improve grain quality of common maize.Through florescence observation, the common maize varieties whose florescence could meet that of High-oil 115, such as Zhengdan 958, Funong 99-8, Yuyu 22, Nongda 108 and 9905-1 were selected. The changes of oil, lysine and protein contents in grains of F1 hybrid from the selected varieties hybridized with High-oil 115 were analyzed.After hybridizing with High-oil 115, in common maize varieties the average oil content was increased by 1.35%, Zhengdan 958 increased most, being 2.34% ; the grains average lysine content was increased by 0.036%, Zhengdan 958 increased most, being 0.05% ; the protein content was also increased generaUy.Zhengdan 958 × High-oil 115 was the best combination of genetic effect in Gansu province. Pollinating common maize by pollens of high-oll maize could effectively increase oll content, lysine content and protein content of the grains of F1 hybrid.
