摘　　要：为了研究大豆黄酮对反刍动物血液中几种内源性激素水平的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。以4只1 a左右的本地空怀母山羊为试验对象,进行对照期(每天通过十二指肠瘘管灌注生理盐水5 ml)和试验期(灌注含200 mg大豆黄酮的生理盐水混悬液5 ml)各12d的试验,采用放射免疫法测定山羊血清中GH、T3、T4、17-β雌二醇(E2)的含量。结果表明,十二指肠灌注大豆黄酮可显著提高血液中T3、T4、GH和E2水平(P<0.01),分别比对照期提高128.57%、124.12%、106.49%和72.34%。表明大豆黄酮可通过调节内源性激素水平来间接调节反刍动物的生长和瘤胃的消化代谢。该研究为开发新型无公害的、易于推广应用的植物源动物生长促进剂提供理论依据。The effect of the daidzein on the levels of several endogenous hormones in the blood of ruminants and explore its possible mechanism was explored, With 4 local non-pregnant female goats at 1-year-old as test objectives, the experiment was divided two periods of control period （daily peffusing 5 ml physiological saline by duodenal fistula） and test period （daily perfusing 5ml daidzein physiological saline suspension containing 200 mg daldzein ）, with each period of 12 days. Contents of GH, T3, T4 and 17-t3 estradiol in goat serum were determined by radioimmunoassay methed,The results showed that the levels of T3,T4,GH and E2 in blood were increased significantly by duodenal infusion of daidzein, being higher 128.57%, 124,12%,106.49% and 72.34% than those in control period, indicating that daidzein could regulate the growth and ruminal digestion and metabolism of ruminants indirectly through regulating the levels of endogenous hormones, The research provided a theoretical basis to study and develop new botanical animal growth promoters which were not harmful and easy to be popularized and applied.
