3种剂型中成药中大肠杆菌对γ射线敏感性研究

摘　　要：通过对3种剂型中成药中大肠杆菌的存活数与辐照剂量关系的研究,建立了两者的数学模型,确定了3种剂型中成药中大肠杆菌的D10值,并对影响辐照灭菌剂量的因素进行了讨论。结果表明:3种剂型中成药中大肠杆菌对γ射线敏感性不同,小活络丸中大肠杆菌对γ射线敏感性较高,松刚益肝丹中大肠杆菌对γ射线敏感性次之,鼻炎片中大肠杆菌对γ射线敏感性较低。Based on studies on the relationship between the survival rate of E.coli and the doses of γ rays in three forms of Chinese medicine,the mathematical model of the relationship between their survival rate and the doses of γ rays was established.The D10 values were determined,and the factors affecting the radiosterlization doses were discussed.Results showed that the sensitivity of E.coli to γ rays was the highest in Chinese medicine Siaohuoluowam,the second was in chinese medicine Songgangyigandan,and the lowest was in chinese medicine Biyanplan.
