摘  要:潜油电泵井系统由油井、潜油电泵机组和管路三个子系统组成,三个子系统既有区别又相互联系。对潜油电系井系统进行优化设计应以系统效率最高为目标函数,综合考虑油井、潜油电泵机组和管路三者的相互关系,通过优选泵型、级数和电动机型号等使潜油电泵井系统效率达到最高和节能。最后给出了优化设计的具体方法及两口井的设计计算实例。The submersible electric pump well system consists of such three subsystems as the oil well, submersible electric pump and pipeline. In the optimization of the system, the highest efficiency of the system should be taken as the objective function, and the relationship between the three subsystems should be considered comprehensively. By means of optimum seeking of the type and stage of theelectric pump and the tupe of the electric motor, the highest efficiency of the submersible electric pump well system can be achieved and the power consumption can be educed. The method for the optimization of the system is given and examples of calculation are presented.
