摘　　要：抽油机减速器在现场运转过程中，常因外部工作环境的影响和内部一些因素的制约，出现漏油、齿轮损坏、串轴和轴承损坏等故障。通过对这些问题的分析和研究，提出了从设计、制造、使用和维护保养等几个环节来保障减速器正常、高效运转的方法和建议，并对部分结构，加密封圈、输入轴轴承处和回油孔等，提出了改进设想，为现场修复减速器、寻找故障原因提供了理论依据。During the operation of a pumping unit reducer, such troubles as oil leakage, gear damage, shaft leaping and bearing damage always occur due to the affection of the working conditions and the limitation of some of the internal factors.Based on an analysis and research of these troubles, methods and proposals for ensuring normal and efficient running ofthe reducer are presented in the aspects of design, manufacturing, service and maintenance of the reducer, and ideas for improving Part of the structure of the reducer are put forward. And these provide a basis for on-site trouble shooting and repairing of pumping enit reducer.
