摘 要:本文基于超越对数(Trans-log)函数形式的随机前沿生产函数模型,以湖北省农户的微观面板数据作为实证,对农户家庭经营的全要素生产率、技术效率做了系统分析。实证分析结论如下:从全要素生产率增长来看,农户的微观经济行为与农村的宏观经济表现是一致的,其中资源配置效率对全要素生产率的变化起了决定性作用,技术进步则一直是全要素生产率增长的直接动力,然而规模经济的作用并不明显,农户相对于生产前沿(最佳实践者)的技术效率差距扩大与分化则严重阻碍了其全要素生产率的增长。Using the Stochastic Frontier Approach in the framework of a Trans-log production function and a farm-level panel data from the rural area in Hubei province, this paper examines the total factor productivity growth, technical efficiency of farmer's household management deeply. The major findings include: from the view of TFP, the farmer's micro economic behavior has been consistent with the macro economic phenomena in the rural area; The Allocative Efficiency has played a dominant role in the TFP growth, which has been driven by the Technology Progress straightly, but the contribution of the Scale Economy is not so important; Badly, the decline in the Technical Efficiency relative to the frontier has reduced the growth of TFP.
