摘  要:用NH3-TPD、Py-IR和催化剂表面吸附产物的程序升温脱附方法,研究了丝光沸石经阳离子和水蒸气改性前后的酸性对甲醇胺化反应性能的影响。结果表明:对于改性丝光沸石催化剂,强酸中心对甲胺产物产生强吸附,对反应贡献不大;该催化剂对一、二甲胺的吸附能力高于三甲胺;当沸石改性使强酸中心减少、酸性减弱时,有利于一、二甲胺脱附,从而降低相继反应产物三甲胺的生成,提高目的产物一、二甲胺的选择性。一定条件下,也提高了反应活性。因而,一定强度的酸中心对于该类催化剂的甲醇胺化反应活性和选择性是重要的。The effect of acidity on the amination of methanol over non modified,and cation exchanged and steam treated mordenite catalysts has been investigated by Py IR,NH 3 TPD and temperature programmed desorption of the adsorbed products retained on the surface of used catalyst.It was found that,over this kind of catalyst,the adsorption capability of MMA and DMA was larger than that of TMA,and over catalyst with strong acidity methylamine products could be strongly adsorbed by the strong acid centers,as a result of which the strong acidity was thought to devote little contribution to the selective reaction.However,over the modified mordenite with less strong acid centers,the desorption of MMA and DMA was facilitated by the moderate or weak acidity,the formation of TMA was thus inhibited,and consequently,the selectivity of the desired products,MMA and DMA,was enhanced,as well as the catalytic activity.Thus,it is thought that,the catalyst acidity plays an essential role in the reactivity and selectivity of the amination reaction of methanol.
