碳五馏份羰化制脂肪醇Ⅱ.双烯烃的反应行为

摘　　要：以３０万吨／年乙烯副产碳五馏份作为羰化制脂肪醇的原料，对所含双烯烃的反应行为进行了考察，并与单烯烃羰化行为做了比较。试验结果表明直链共轭烯烃发生加氢－羰化反应生成饱和伯醇，环戊二烯引起钴－膦催化剂暂时性中毒，降低了混合碳五馏份羰化制脂肪醇的反应速度。采用分离出环戊二烯的混合碳五馏份作为羰化制脂肪醇的原料，在１８０℃、５．０—６．０ＭＰａ、Ｈ２ＣＯ＝２１（摩尔比）的条件下，反应６小时，脂肪醇收率可达９２％（质量）。The reaction behaviors of dienes in C 5 fraction which is the by product of the 300000 tpy ethylene unit are investigated and compared with that of monoenes.The experimental results show that hydroformylation of straight chain conjugated dienes produces saturated primary alcohols,while cyclopentadiene causes the Co P catalyst temporarily poisoned,and thereby decreases the hydroformylation rate of C 5 fraction to produce fatty alcohols.Using C 5 fraction with cyclopentadiene previously removed as raw material,and under conditions of 5 0—6 0MPa,H 2∶CO=2∶1(mol ratio),180℃,and reaction time of 6h,the yreld of fatty alcohols can reach 92%.
