酚醛树脂涂层砂外固化剂的研究与应用

摘　　要：通过试验，研究出了一种能使酚醛树脂涂层砂在低温（45℃）下固化、固化强度能较大幅度提高的J─01型外固化剂。在树脂涂层砂防砂施工中，使用该外固化剂，能满足低温井、高采液强度井防砂施工的需要，对油井后期防砂具有十分重要的意义。The J -01 type external curing agent, which can make phenolic-resin solidification in 45℃with high curing strength, is introduced in this paper. In the sand control operation using resin coating sand, it can neet the need of sand-control in low-temperature and high production-strength wells. There is important significance for the sand control in later production.
