摘  要:目的与常规甘草酸粗品制备工艺比较,评价泡沫分离技术的特点。方法采用HPLC测定甘草酸的含量,比较泡沫分离与水提酸沉法、水提醇沉法、稀氨水渗滤酸沉法、氨性乙醇提酸沉法等4种常用工艺提取的甘草酸转移率、甘草酸粗品纯度、纯度提高比、工时等。结果泡沫分离工艺所分离的甘草酸转移率为91.86%,粗品纯度为32.34%,纯度提高比为2.01。结论泡沫分离技术应用于甘草皂苷的分离有效而可行。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the characteristics of foam fraetionation in separating glyeyrrhizie glycosides by comparing with 4 conventional processing crafts. METHODS The content of glycyrrhizic acid was determined by HPLC, foam fractionation craft was compared with 4 conventional processing ones ( water - acid extraction, water - alcohol extraction, dilute ammonia water percolation, ammonia - alcohol extraction) in terms of glycyrrhizic acid transfer ratio, purity of glycyrrhizic acid inclusion compound, elevation ratio of purity, man - hour and so on. RESULTS Foam fractionation had some advantage, induding glycyrrhizic acid transfer ratio of 91.86% , glycyrrhizic purity of 32.34% , purity elevation ratio of 2.01. CONCLUSION Foam fractionation is effective and feasible in separating glycyrrhizic glycosides.
